The quote will set out rooms, surfaces, condition and inclusions. Carpet cleaning is available through Carpet Fitting & Care and quoted separately after checking the carpet and suitable method. Upholstery and mattress cleaning need a separate assessment. A tenancy deposit return cannot be guaranteed.

We can discuss cleaning between tenancies. Please send the property details and any landlord or agent checklist so the exact tasks can be agreed in your quote.

Can I include carpet or sofa cleaning?

Ask about carpet cleaning through our Carpet Fitting & Care service. It is assessed and quoted separately from the property clean. For sofas, send the fabric, size and condition so we can check suitability, the method and equipment needed.
