Enquiries and bookings
This website helps you explore services and contact DAT Solutions. A message, phone call or enquiry does not confirm a booking. The service, scope, price, materials, availability and any specific terms must be agreed with you before work is booked.
Starting prices
Prices marked “from” are starting points for smaller, suitable jobs. They are not hourly rates, daily rates, fixed prices for a whole project or promises to cover a particular area. Final prices depend on the actual scope, property condition, preparation, time, safe access, travel, materials and equipment needs.
Materials, consumables, hire costs and other charges should be identified in the individual quote. Deck restoration is assessed separately and does not have a fixed published price.
Carpet fitting and cleaning
Carpet fitting starts at a minimum charge of €200, with a small bedroom as the starting example. Measurements, layout, floor condition and preparation affect the final quote. The quote confirms carpet, underlay, other materials and who supplies them. Furniture moving, old-carpet removal and floor repairs are included only when agreed. Carpet cleaning is assessed and priced separately; the fitting minimum is not a carpet-cleaning rate.
Work that is agreed
The individual quote should identify inclusions, exclusions and the work you authorise. Any additional work or change of scope needs to be discussed and agreed before it is carried out. Ask about materials, access, timing, payment and cancellation arrangements before accepting a quote.
Property Clearance
The current Property Clearance offer is sorting and loading labour using a skip provided by the customer. DAT Solutions does not provide off-site waste collection, transport or disposal as part of this offer. The customer arranges the skip and confirms its location, capacity and permitted contents with the supplier.
Practical limits
Every job is subject to a suitability and safety assessment. The website does not offer regulated electrical, gas or structural work. Tree surgery, specialist high-level work and specialist cleaning are not automatically included in a general service enquiry. Outdoor work may depend on suitable weather and drying conditions.
Photos and descriptions
Service images are AI-generated illustrations. Other photographs illustrate home environments. They are not presented as completed DAT Solutions projects, staff photographs or customer endorsements. Service descriptions introduce the work you can enquire about; the accepted quote defines your particular job.
