Customer-provided skip only. This service does not include a vehicle, waste collection, off-site transport or disposal. Hazardous materials and items that cannot be handled safely are excluded. Skip restrictions and permitted contents must be confirmed with your skip supplier.

Do you take rubbish away in a van?

No. Our current Property Clearance service is labour for sorting and loading into a skip that you provide. We do not collect, transport or dispose of waste.

Who arranges the skip?

You arrange the skip and confirm its permitted contents with the supplier. We agree the loading work, access and any limits before the job.
